Cindy Hendrickson

Project / Accounts Administrator

Cindy provides valuable support to our management team, - assisting with the preparation of proposals, supporting project managers and ensuring a smooth flow throughout construction until the completion of projects. Cindy's attention to detail and drive are key contributors in guaranteeing seamless communication and proper management of project documents, including purchase orders, contracts, shop drawings, contract changes, project schedules and meeting minutes. Part of the tightknit Westland team since 2002, Cindy is also responsible for accounts receivable and the general flow of administration and marketing.

Susan Young

Project / Safety Administrator

Sue is an enthusiastic asset to the Westland administration team. In addition to her role as Safety Administrator, Sue assists the project managers in various tasks such as beginning and setting up new projects, and helping to ensure that all projects run a smooth course throughout construction. Sue is conscientious and thorough, ensuring company tools and equipment are tracked, kept safe and in good working condition.

Nadine Balkaran

Office Administrator

Nadine is the face and voice of Westland Construction. New to the team in 2020, with over 15 years of administrative background, she looks forward to taking on the challenging, multi-faceted role of Office Administrator. Nadine is often the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors and visitors when they call or step into our office. In addition to taking care of incoming/outgoing correspondence and managing our contact database, she supports the work of our administration and management teams, as well as coordinating the use of our busy boardroom.

Jason Laviolette

Safety Coordinator / Purchaser

Jason joined Westland in 2020 and brings 20 years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry. As our Safety Coordinator, he's committed to the health and safety of all individuals on our project sites. He ensures the workers, and the sites themselves, are operating within the guidelines of our safe work practices and procedures. Jason also cares for all of our company facilities and equipment, keeping them well maintained and in good working order. In his role as Purchaser, he helps keep our projects moving forward on budget by sourcing and delivering all of the needed tools and materials.
